Our Villa
The three bed detached villa is located in a quiet residential part of Urb La Marina, but still only a five minute journey to the nearest amenities.
The ground level of the property comprises of a spacious lounge/diner, a shower room with W.C, an independent kitchen, a utility room and two double bedrooms.
The second floor is accessible through a separate entrance, which leads into a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and terrace. Additional features, roof top solarium, air con and a communal pool less than fifty yards away.

Local Bus Service
There is a local bus service just 50 meters from the villa which will take you to further shops, bars and restaurants. From these shops you can catch the Vega Bus to the beach where you can enjoy a three course lunch with wine for only 9 Euros – well recommended. (The best beach restaurant is a small walk along the beach to El Pinet in the direction of Alicante.)
Buses run approximately every thirty minutes. Timetables should be checked on arrival. If you have no car the small bus will take you to a supermarket called Supa Valu

They do speak English;-)
Golf
There are many golf courses set within 60 minutes of La Marina, the nearest being Quesada Golf Club, with its par 72, 18 holes. Here you can enjoy 2 putting & 1 chipping green, a 20 lane driving range and 2 practice bunkers.
Club hire is available and, of course, the 19th hole.
The championship course of La Manga is the about a 90 minute drive south of La Marina. A handicap certificate will be required is you wish to play this course.
Other courses within a 60 minute drive south include:
El Plantio, La Finca, La Marquesa, Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Rambles.
