All dates are confirmed as booked, upon receiving flight details, and or deposit. Please check the form below for latest prices. Guests wishing to stay for a month or longer, please contact us for a price.
An initial £100 per week non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance of the rent is due six weeks prior to departure.
If the booking is made within six weeks of rental period the full payment is required. A security deposit of £100 is required with the balance to cover any possible breakages; following a satisfactory inspection and return of keys, the security deposit will be refunded in full.If costs for repairs or breakages exceeds the security deposit of £100 this will be invoiced separately.
A final clean is included in the rental price, but if additional cleaning is required due to the property being left in an unacceptable condition, additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
The Villa is NO SMOKING. Please DO NOT smoke inside the villa, for the comfort of all our guests. Ash trays are supplied for outside use in the covered area.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is bed and bath linen included in the price of the villa rental?
A: Yes it is. If you are staying for more than a week, the bed and bath linen will be changed on a weekly basis. You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool.
Q: Is the villa suitable for children?
A: In our opinion, yes. However, the swimming pool (like all pools) has one end that is deep. Therefore we STRONGLY recommend that children are supervised at all times, especially near the pool area.
Q: Is a welcome pack included?
A: Yes. Subject to change, it will consist of: assortment of bread, butter / spread, milk, cereal, coffee, jam, kitchen roll, sugar, tea bags.
Q: When is the balance due and how can I pay?
A: A deposit of £100 for each week booked will be required. The remaining balance should be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
Q: Where and when do I collect the keys for the villa?
A: You will either collect the keys upon arrival, or they will be collected from us in person.
Q: When is the pool cleaned?
A: Twice a week during the high and mid seasons, and once a week during the low season. The pool maintenance staff will try to clean the pool as quietly and discreetly as possible so as to not disturb your stay.
Q: Will I be given a local contact number in case of emergencies?
A: Yes. The number will be given to you near the time of your booking.
Q: What are the passport and driving license requirements of Spain?
A: All passengers must carry a valid 10 year passport with at least 6 months validity prior to the expiry date on the date of the return journey. UK driving licenses (just the photo-card part is needed) are valid for car hire.
Q: Where can I hire a car?
A: Our personal choice is always Coys Rent-A-Car. For full details check out their website: coysrent-a-car.com/
Q: Are transfers provided?
A: Not by default (as we would recommend that you arrange for a hired car to be ready for you at the airport). However, transfers from the airport to the villa (and vice-versa) can be provided if required. Please make this known at the time of booking.
Q: Will I need to bring a travel adapter with me?
A: No. these are provided.
Q: Will I need to bring a hairdryer with me?
A: No. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience.
Q: Will I need to bring a travel iron with me?
A: No. A full size ironing board and iron is provided for your convenience.
